What is the perfect angle of a knife blade?
I just want to no what the perfect angle of a knife blade is
There is no single answer to this, which is why all knives aren't made with that angle.
The problem is that it depends on the task, the material of the blade, etc. For example, a very sharp blade made of carbon steel will shave your face well, and can be easily kept sharp. However, the same blade will blunt, rust, and even nick or break when used to chop a path through a forest, and will be impossible to keep sharp. A blunter blade, made of stainless steel, might well do better as an axe / machete.
Look into parangs, which have different parts of the blade sharpened by different amounts (different angles), as each part of the blade is used for different tasks. Also, look into the various kinds of steel, and their issues/uses.
