is this a good skateboard? please help
?
i'm thinking on buying this skateboard from skate america :
> DECK Element - Bam Vortex Push (7.75) $129.99
> WHEELS Element - Bam Vortex Durathane (51) $9.00
> TRUCKS Independent - Stage 10 Silver (7.75) $18.00
> BEARINGS Bones - Swiss $22.50
> HARDWARE Element - Thriftwood (1.0P) $4.00
> GRIP TAPE Jessup - Sheet $0.00
> RISER Element - Tree Icon $3.00
> TOOL Element - Survival Kit $32.99
I'm kind of newbie in skateboard, my old skate board is a 3 year old wall mart skateboard wish one of the wheels is cracked...and i did only try it the summer i got it. I thought it was too hard, but now i wanna start . AAnd i want a good skateboard...so yeah.. please add things that i should have on the skateboard... or remove things that's unnecessary , i'm going to use it mostly in a skate park doing tricks...
your deck is overpriced.
elements are overused with newbies, and aren't the greatest quality, yet they are still professional and shouldn't be wasted.
the trucks need a upgrade. i'd reccomend some grind kings or another good name brand.
when buying a deck the stable and strong are the almost's and flip's.
but that deck will be more than fine for learning to skate, or even skating once you know how.
all of the other stuff is great. maybe even nicer then my setup. have fun riding, and try to not to make skateboarding look bad by trying to be something your not and overswear just to look cool. that's how it got such a bad name to the cops

US $29.35
